MEET PAULA

You've seen the potent offers. The proven frameworks. The Ai.

But let's zoom out for a second...

Most people in AI come from tech.
I come from sales.

Fifteen years in corporate sales. A clothing brand discovered by one of Africa's largest online retailers. A mom-and-baby boutique that made the news for sending Serena Williams a custom baby outfit when she was pregnant. Communities built from scratch, more than once.

I've always known how to read a room, find the gap, and build something people actually want.

Then in 2022, ChatGPT launched. And everything changed.

MEET PAULA

You've seen the potent offers. The proven frameworks. The Ai.

But let's zoom out for a second...

Because none of this started with a strategy.

It started with a story.

I built my first private GPT from my bed — flat on my back, recovering from spinal surgery, with a laptop balanced on my lap and a deep knowing in my chest: there had to be a smarter way.

I wasn’t just in pain — I was fed up.

Fed up with brilliant women burning out trying to stay relevant. Fed up with content strategies that only worked when we showed up. Fed up with watching high-level coaches and service pros — women who should’ve been leading industries — stuck writing captions at midnight and chasing trends they hated.

So, I built a system that could think, speak, and sell like me.

Then I turned it into Paula OS™ — a proprietary AI trained on the frameworks, nuance, and psychology I use to close high-ticket sales… in Stories, DMs, and silence.

But this isn’t a story about tech. This is a story about power.

Because for decades, women have been told that automation, systems, and AI are masculine. Cold. Robotic. Not for “creatives” or “coaches.” Not for us.

I’m here to burn that idea down.

Because the most feminine thing you can do in business? Is create space.

Space for stillness. Space for sovereignty.

Space for Stripe to light up while you're sipping matcha at Pilates, not writing another “I help” bio that still doesn't sound like you.

THE PIVOT

I'd spent years teaching business owners how to grow audiences and convert through social media, and I was good at it. But when AI arrived, I saw immediately what nobody else in my world was saying: this wasn't a content tool. It was infrastructure.

The businesses that were going to win weren't going to win because they had better captions. They were going to win because they had better systems.

So I started building.

THE BUILD

In 2024, I was flat on my back recovering from spinal surgery — not allowed to sit, laptop balanced on my lap. And instead of resting, I built my first AI system. Not because I had a plan. Because I couldn't stop.

That first build became Paula OS™. Then Paula OS™ became a consulting business. The consulting business became production-grade AI agents running inside real companies, handling hundreds of customer queries a day, collapsing weeks of manual work into hours, and running while their founders sleep.

None of it required a computer science degree. All of it required understanding how businesses actually work, what makes people buy, and where the real work is hiding.

THE GRIT

I've started from zero more than once. I lost a whole Instagram platform, and I rebuilt. I've pivoted industries mid-stride. And I've navigated a full business reinvention while recovering from surgery.

What's never disappeared, is the ability to build something from nothing and make it work.

WHERE I AM NOW

I run Paula Jones Co, an AI systems consultancy for businesses that are ready to stop doing manually what AI should be doing for them.

I build the AI your business has been waiting for someone to build. Custom systems, real deployment, actual results. Not a course. Not a framework. Not a chatbot that forgets everything after the browser closes.

AI Operators, built to run.

I'm the builder who understands your customer.

The strategist who can actually ship the system.

The person who has been on both sides of the sale and knows exactly where the money is hiding in your business.

I'm not your average hoodie-wearing AI bro. I build AI agents in sequins and heels.

If you're still carrying work that AI should be doing, let's talk.
